Carolyn Ricciardi MS, RD
Nutrition and Scientific Communications Specialist, Infant Nutrition Council of America

With a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences and a Master of Science in Cellular and Molecular Nutrition, Carolyn Ricciardi analyzes regulatory and scientific journals, reports, articles, and other publications relevant to infant feeding and contributes to the development of educational materials for the Infant Nutrition Council of America.

Miss Ricciardi’s varied nutrition expertise helps to support the Infant Nutrition Council of America in their mission to advocate for infant health and nutrition, support moms and families in their feeding decisions, and provide education on appropriate infant feeding options.

Miss Ricciardi has worked as a nutrition graduate teaching assistant and has worked at both Penn State’s Clinical Research Center and Penn State’s Center for Childhood Obesity Research where she assisted in research on food preferences and restriction in school aged children. After obtaining her dietetic registration, she worked as a Clinical Dietitian at the University of Tennessee Medical Center and at Johns Hopkins Hospital treating in- and outpatients with a wide variety of nutritional needs.
