Jennifer Lopez made the choice to formula feed her twins, Max and Emme, from birth. In an interview, J-Lo said, “My mom didn’t breast feed and I think that was the thing for me.”
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt:
During an interview with People, actress Angelina Jolie said that breastfeeding twins, Vivienne and Knox, simultaneously got easier over time. "They eat every three hours and I’m getting better at holding them both for [breast]feeding at the same time..." Her husband Brad Pitt said, "We try to get them to eat simultaneously for the sake of management, but it gets a little crowded at the bar!"
Rebecca Romjin and Jerry O’Connell:
Jerry O’Connell and wife, Rebecca Romjin used two bottles and a can of formula when feeding 6 month-old twins, Dolly Rebecca Rose and Charlie Tamara Tulip. Up until that age, Romjin breastfed the twins at the same time. O’Connell told People, “Even I was like, ‘Honey, why?’ Let’s go get some formula...”

Angela Bassett and husband Courtney B. Vance took turns and stuck to a schedule when it came to bottle feeding their twins, Slater and Bronwyn, who were born with the help of a surrogate. Bassett told People that in order to stay organized, she created an Excel spreadsheet to keep track of who was on bottle and who was on diaper duty.

Modern Family star, Julie Bowen, mastered the “double football hold” when breastfeeding her twin boys Gustav and John. “…They call it the 'double football hold, you hold one here, and here [gesturing to her breasts], like two footballs.”
